Meet the presenter

Founder/CEO of ESTEE Compliance LLC, Veronica Madsen is an attorney with a decade of legal and regulatory experience. She served as chief compliance officer of a fintech company providing access to commercial loans and creating and managing a compliance management system. Madsen spent 12 years with the Michigan Credit Union League, responsible for summarizing and commenting on proposed rules, training on final rules, drafting operational policies, maintaining the regulatory content of InfoSight, and managing legal affairs of the organization. Madsen obtained her law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Bachelor of Science with a dual major in English and communication from Central Michigan University.
